Bishop Errol Jacob Estridge,

Senior Pastor Kingdom Business R.E.AC.H. Ministries, Inc.

Bishop Estridge is a man with a vision to R.E.A.C.H. the un-saved and un-churched.  Since 2003 he serves as the founder and senior Pastor of Kingdom Business R.E.A.C.H. Ministries, Inc. .

Bishop Estridge earned a BA of Art in Religious Education in 1997.  In 2000, he received his Ministerial license from Greater Framingham Community Church, Framingham Massachusetts.  His Master’s degree was received from Urban Ministries Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, Hamilton, MA in 2001. In 2007, he received his Doctor of Divinity from Triumphant College and Seminary, Richmond, Virginia.  He was ordained as a Bishop in 2011.  He is affiliated with the American Baptist USA and TABCOM, MA, and Triumphant College and Seminary, Richmond, VA.

Bishop Estridge’s is called to introduce the un-churched to the good news of Christ Jesus to bring about social changes in their lives, the community and the world. He is moved to work to liberate those that find themselves trapped in the cycle of dependence on illicit drugs and alcohol.  He focuses on serving young men and women who are at the brink of giving up.

Bishop Estridge and Pastor Carol Estridge were featured in Ware River News, Ware, MA for their Outreach to the Homeless as the founders of Hope Transitional Housing.  Together they are the parents of two adoptions children who were featured in the Boston Globe.  They received Wellesley College Community Service Award, Salvation Army community outreach awards and Black History Month Wellesley College, Wellesley, MA.

Bishop Estridge’s unique and compelling preaching/teaching style and evangelism ministry is widely received throughout the Body of Christ where ever the opportunity presents itself.  He has been a keynote speaker at Triumphant College and Seminary, Wellesley College, Framingham MCI Women’s prison and pre-release, Full Gospel Baptist Church of Hyannis, MA, American Baptist Conferences Wisconsin and Billy Graham School of Evangelism, Florida.   He has facilitated Evangelism workshops and Mentor Ministry workshops at the Center for Urban Ministries Boston Massachusetts.  He is a member of the Ministerial Alliance of Massachusetts. He also serves as the proctor of Triumphant College and Seminary, Massachusetts, campus.  He planted Kingdom Business Ministry in Chesterfield Virginia, and presently working on planting Kingdom Grace in Worchester, Mass.

 

Pastor Carol Estridge

Carol Estridge is a retiree from Wellesley College where she served as the Assistant to the Director of Harambee House for students of African Descent. She was on staff for 12 years and her responsibilities in the multicultural house “Harambee” consist of the managing, interacting, and working efficiently with each individual student.  She expertise enabled her to assess students needs and take approptriate actions that aided students in adjusting and assimilate into the larger Wellesley College community.

In addition, she had a dedicated interest in the mission of empowering women to make a difference in their lives and the larger community. Carol served as the advisor to Ministry to Black Women (MBW) that meets each week for Bible study and outreach to the homeless in the larger community by distributing care packages; feeding each Sunday immediately following church service.  In 2006, she traveled to New Orleans with students from Wellesley College to work with Habitat for Humanity on spring break.
